THE LOT PEOPLE 2007

The exhibit Lot People was shown at Café Savannah during the month of October 2007 in Anchorage, Alaska.

The painted poems in this show describe people experiencing private–public moments in parking lots. The paintings describe a specific person, but are abstract in the sense that no part of the human body is represented.

Miniature in size and painted on small pieces of found wood, these paintings are small and unobtrusive—as humans tend to be in a parking lot.

Each painting is $85. High quality prints are available (sized by request) for $65.

Dimensions:
The pieces in this show were made from wood, which I gathered from several different duck boxes (spare wood from the shop). So their sizes are quite varied. However, they are generally pretty small at no more than 8 x 8 inches. The smallest is the teacup portrait at 3 x 3 inches.
